The only problem I had was getting it delivered. For whatever reason, it required an adult signature so UPS would not leave it and I had to pay extra to reschedule a delivery date when I was not at work.

Entertainment Center Set in Black - Bradford Place - Inspirations by Broyhill - 433-SET Review

(More customer reviews)Where do I begin? First of all, the company we purchased this from was outstanding. However, the product is very disappointing. We purchased all three pieces to this unit. The first piece we decided to put together was the TV stand. First of all, we received the wrong assembly instructions. It was for a "Mates Bed" instead of for a TV stand. Fortunately, I called Broyhill customer service and they were able to email me the correct assembly instructions. The next problem we ran into was a screw was missing. We weren't able to purchase one at the local hardware store as it is a specialty screw. We spoke with the hardware employee and he told us since there were 8 other of the same screws, we would be safe to leave it off. So, we took his advice. The next problem we had was the divider for the shelves was off-centered, so it was very difficult to get the shelves inside the stand. My husband literally had to push up against the divider with his foot and slide the shelves into the unit. A major issue we had was the unit comes with two sliding doors. We received one of the doors damaged. The wood was completely split on both sides and the glass is scratched up. The last issue we have had was there's a gap in the edging of the unit. My husband tried his hardest to fix it, but there is nothing he can do about it. It's very disappointing to not have a product that is put together decently. The only thing I can say is, I have called Broyhill about the missings pieces and the damaged sliding door. They are sending me a new one. I haven't received one yet, but I am hopeful they will make this problem right! We have yet to put the two wall units together and are hoping we don't have any problems with them or missing parts. All in all, the quality is okay, pretty disappointing. But, we really do like they way it looks. I do have buyer's remorse. I am hoping once it's all together, I will feel differently.

(More customer reviews)I bought this bed frame in a hurry because I had family visiting from abroad and my brother needs to transfer from his wheelchair to an elevated bed. The bed frame's main problem is that it is made of particle board that cannot withstand the normal pressures and stresses a bed needs to withstand. Look at the video an judge for yourself.
My suggestion is that you spend more money and buy something of higher quality that you will be happy with for years to come.

The bed is great and so is the price of around $150 with free shipping to your door - I searched many websites and the alternatives to this product seemed much more expensive and free shipping was not always available. Toysrus also offers this product BUT you need to pick up yourself. The bed is quite heavy and thus very sturdy. It is easy to put together. There are three drawers which are very easy to open and quite large. They are very handy for storing children's clothing and toys.
In addition, behind the three drawers there is more empty space which we used for storing seasonal clothes and other items. If you are short on storage space, you will love it.
Amazon was super diligent and responsive when I had to retun one of the beds because one of the pieces was broken. The replacement was delivered very fast at no expense to us.
Overall, we are very happy with the clean look and storage capacity of the bed - and thus with our purchase.
I found this bed to have high ratings on other sites as well.
